Sales Account Manager

We are seeking for a qualified individual to aid our expansion, nurture and take the lead in responding to sales opportunities, exploration of new clients and untapped business opportunities within an extensive range of ELV Security and Surveillance products in the United Arab Emirates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Preferable an Engineering Degree Holder in Electrical or Electronics or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales account business development position specializing in large scale of ELV Physical Security Systems Projects and successful track of records in sales negotiation within UAE Markets.
  • Arabic Language proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Must have a good interpersonal skills and excellent understanding of ELV Security Systems.
  • Supporting the Company core business growth through recommending new business initiatives.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management, strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation abilities
  • Valid UAE Driving License

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate sales leads, new enquiries and identify opportunities with independent strategies to achieve sales target goals and overall organization goals
  • Identify new potential customers within the allocated geographical area and implement business development activities
  • Work closely with Clients across UAE and able to build new accounts (Structured Cabling, Intercom System, CCTV System, Access Control System and any other similar work related to ELV Systems).
  • Liaise with Installation Team and act as liaison between Customer & Installation on issues relating to delivery, installation and project completion/maintenance.
  • Ensure leads are followed up, liaising with Sales Team for support when needed.
  • Routinely meet customers to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues appropriately.
  • Able to convert Quotation to profitable orders
  • Providing weekly updates through reports and meetings.
  • Experience in managing ELV sales negotiation, contact strategy and closing skill
  • Accountable for bringing new projects, able to manage various projects relating to ELV Design and products.
  • Track and review client account for further opportunities.
