- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the checkout area.
- Ensure pricing accuracy by verifying product prices and discounts.
- Handle returns and exchanges following company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
- Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and store policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required.
Requirements:
- Indian or Filipino nationality, with female candidates preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar role in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
