Roles and responsibilities:
1) Handle payroll for more than 50 employees.
2) Maintaining and Reconcilng of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
3) Posting of Customer and Vendor Invoices.
4) Follow up the Customers for the payment against the invoices.
5) Processing of payments to Vendors once getting the client approval.
6) Reconciling of Bank Statement on daily basis.
7) Credit card Variance Analysis.
8) posting of Accrual and prepaid Entries during month end.
9) posting of VAT entries and filing Vat returns on a Quarterly basis.
10) Handle of Petty cash
11) Handle Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly end closing
12) Preparation of MIS report.
13) Reconciliation of Employee’s Expenses.
14) Prepare and posting of Payroll entries.
15) Arrange the Client meeting to discuss on various discrepancies and resolutions.
16) preparation of Financial statements.
