Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Abu Dhabi. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and values.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and UAE Labor laws
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Experience in performance management and employee relations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Requirements
- Candidates should have own visa with NOC.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE.
